WILD DESIGNS JEWELLERY MAKING DIPLOMA COURSE
'This program is recognized by the PMC Guild International'

 

Level 3 - (4 days - Level 1 and 2 certificates needed)

Workshop 1. Pendant - incorporating carving, texturing in an organic design. You will then learn patina techniques - giving your pendant a variety of colours from gold/brass to black. (Patina not suitable for those with asthma or other breathing difficulties, but alternatives can be arranged).

Workshop 2. In this workshop you will be making your own clasp ends, t-bar/toggle clasp and bail out of PMC Clay. Using these you will be able to create your own pendant/choker using other materials provided.

Workshop 3. Creating a pendant or earrings using pmc paper, and an unsupported hollowform 'bead' pendant with gold decoration.

Workshop 4. Making a dress ring incorporating a bezel surround and cabachon stone setting. This concentrates on setting a non-heat resistant stone.
You may also have time to use and experiment with moulds.

The projects within this level encompass using design techniques plus:

*Using patina
*Construction and assembly
*Ring Making
*Double firing
*Creating your own findings with PMC 
* Using PMC paper
* Adding gold

Attainment : Level 3- Certificate of Achievement

Examples of things that can be made - but not limited to any of these designs.

Each workshop can be booked separately (works out at only £116 per workshop), 50% deposit secures each workshop.
